I just had to come and say something cos I am dead pleased with myself. I have had a couple of difficult weeks on LL and only lost 2lb a week. Therefore this week I have gone right back to basics and been having my shakes as they are supposed to be, whisked up with water and I have spread them evenly throughout the day. I have also cut out the gym and the ab belt for this week as I totally overdid it last week and made myself feel really rough.
Anyway on Tuesday night at WI I was 13stone 7, this morning on my scales which are usually the same I was 13 stone 1. I don't have my official weigh in until Tuesday evening so I have fingers crossed I might get down to 12stone 13 by then.
At the end of May I was 16stone 10. I have now officially lost 20% of my body weight and almost 4 stone which is halfway to target. I really am going to be thin! lol
