Sweetascandy, you need all of your shakes in order to get the nutrients your body needs, trust me you will feel worse if you don't have the others.

Hope u manage to get the rest down you today & then tomorrow can be more positive for you. Just take things one day at a time & you will be fine x

Make you you have all your allowance, its prob why you're feeling rubbish!

Do something nice for yourself.....hot bath or paint toe nails or something and KEEP GOING!! Week 2 is a massive achievement!!!!!!

You MUST have all three packs, or you will become ill. No wonder you are poorly! The diet has to be followed according to the rules. Please don't skip packs x

I asked my CD if I have to use all my daily CD packs cos some days I dont feel hungry and she said no matter that I have to have them and under no circumstances should I miss meals, so i carry a couple around with me in my bag just in case!
