i usually alternate just between red and green... 2 on 2 off... much easier when it comes to shopping and opened packets etc... meals ideas would be ACE thanks.... can only eat so much beans and rice lol xxx feel like i'm on i'm a celeb

Vegetable Soup- Courgette and Potatoe my fav at the moment

Fry-Up (Egg, Mushrooms, Quorn Sausages) with AH Cous Cous
Cuban Black Beans and Rice (have yet to try this, but sounds yummy)
SW Quiche
Potatoe Kebabs
