    i usually alternate just between red and green... 2 on 2 off... much easier when it comes to shopping and opened packets etc... meals ideas would be ACE thanks.... can only eat so much beans and rice lol xxx feel like i'm on i'm a celeb :p

    I`m literally about to go out .... but i`ll pop a couple of idea`s up when i get home later x .... Know what you mean about beans and rice though lolol x

    Best to have a look through some of the food diaries for some inspiration on what to cook.
    Some ideas:
    Spinach Cannellonis
    Moussaka
    Mexican Quorn Chilli
    Vegetable Soup- Courgette and Potatoe my fav at the moment
    Lamb Stew
    Spaghetti with Quorn Meatballs
    Vegetable Lasagna
    Fry-Up (Egg, Mushrooms, Quorn Sausages) with AH Cous Cous
    Cuban Black Beans and Rice (have yet to try this, but sounds yummy)
    SW Quiche
    Potatoe Kebabs
