Hey summer ald you are beeterr now it is awful have had it happen this time that I suddenly feel dizzy just for turning my head and I realise I haven't drunk anything for a while, I get so distracted at home with housework, a 2 year old and I work from home I am always loosing track of my water intake. xx

I'ts amazing, I don't even go to Asda's without my bottle of water in my bag. I hope I keep up the high water intake permanently now as it's soooo good for me.
