    Hi guys..im gonna start a food diary! I went back to classes yesterday and im just sick of re-joining so this time im going for gold (membership) :)
    Decided to set up food diary to keep me on track.

    Breakfast

    Half small scone 3pt
    Tiny scrape of low fat spread 0.5 pt
    Total - 3.5pt

    Lunch
    Sml Roll 2.5 pt
    Slice ham 1 pt
    Tsp Coleslaw 1pt
    Velvet Crunch Crisps 1pt
    Total 5.5pt

    Dinner
    Spag Bol
    Pasta 4pt
    Meat 7 pt
    Sauce 1.5pt

    Total 12.5 pt

    Total for day 21.5 pts
    Daily allowance : 22 pts
    0.5 pts under..

    Another day..approaching the wknd eeek hope i can stay on track now. Wknd's are the hardest! every nice thing in the presses seemed to be callin my name lst nite but i resisted!
    Anyway so far today....

    Cereal Bar 1.5pts
    Vitelinia Yogart 0.5pts
    Total - 2 pts

    Lunch
    2 Slices light bread 2pt
    ham & tomato 0.5pt
    10g LF cheese 0.5pt
    Yogurt 0.5pt
