Sunday

Breakfast - fruit and fibre - 3pp
Skimmed milk - 3pp

Lunch - chicken 4pp, pots 5pp, loads of veg, gravy 1pp = 10pp
Pudding - raspberries, yoghurt 3pp

Tea - toast 3pp and jam 3pp
Crisps - 4pp

Total - 29pp
 
Thanks... I cant believe how good they look!! I went on a course to do them and I must admit im impressed too lol :)
 
Monday

breakfast - Porridge with raisins 4pp

Lunch - Big mac, fries and diet coke 20 pp

Tea - Garlicky stuffed chicken, new pots and runner beans (this was the recipe out of this weeks mag!! Hope it tastes nice too lol 7pp

So once again ive gone over my points 31pp... I really need to get my head back into the WW game!!!

Tuesday

Breakfast - porridge - 3pp
Milk - 2pp

Lunch - Chicken, chips and salad - 20pp

Tea - Chicken and chorizo jambalaya - 12

Wine - 10pp

Again I have gone way over on my points... No weight loss for me this week me thinks lol!!

Wednesday

Ok today has been a good day so far!!

Breakfast - porridge with berries - 3pp
Skimmed milk - 2pp

Lunch - Chicken salad 5pp and an apple :)

Tea - WW chicken and mushroom pie with carrots and green beans 10pp
Pudding chocolate brownie 3pp

Total - 23 pp im probably going to have a couple of glasses of wine too so this should take it up to 29pp
 
Thursday - this is a new week and I should have been weighed but I was helping a friend move so im hoping next week I will have a good loss??

Breakfast - 2 bacon 2pp, sausage 5pp, beans 2pp, scrambled egg 3pp, toast 2pp = 17pp (im adding some oil on for the sausage which was fried)

Tea - Chips - 12pp

Total = 29pp

Friday (filling and healthy day)

Breakfast - porridge made with water with blackberries
Skimmed milk

Lunch - 2 pieces of nimble bread, ham, bertolli and light mayonnaise (2pp)

And for tea we are going to try the spicy salmon which is in the filling and healthy book im hoping its nice!!

Total weekly pro-points used is 2pp
 
Saturday

Breakfast - 3 bacon all fat removed (3pp), scrambled egg 3pp, mushroom, tomatoes and toast 2pp = 8pp
Skimmed milk - 2pp

Lunch today Im going to have the hearty chicken soup that was in one of the mags too 2pp

Tea - Beef stroganoff with brown rice - 10pp
Mullerlight yoghurt - 2pp

Glass of wine - 3pp

Total - 27pp

I ended up having a few biscuits to finish the day off nicely lol
