Fibre Clear

How are you supposed to take this? I am mixing a teaspoon amount in with the shakes and it seems to be working OK.

I was just wondering if this was what others do or if you are supposed to mix it with water and take it by itself.

My pharmacist told me you can take it either way but he recommend putting a level teaspoon in with 2 shakes each day. So far it's working for me.

I use two teaspoons (heaped) each day in my evening shake and find it really does work for me.

hi ive just started on lipotrim, whats fiber clear, my chemist never mentioned it x

Fibre clear is additional fibre which Lipotrim recommend if you are not too good in "That" department.

I mix mine in my coffee. It doesn't have any taste or texture so it is not difficult to take.

Think I will have to ask at the chemist mine is not very good does not stock anything I have to ask for anything I want.

I found as time went on it had the opposite effect!!! Weird!!! Movicol all the way for me!!! x

SO far I haven't needed anything in this department - the first time I di Lipo (2000) i really needed it! - I think ensuring that you have sufficient fluid helps a lot.
