I've not tried them, but they are all 4 syns each.

They are amazing but I cannot have them, simply because I do not have the willpower to say I am done after having one! I can eat the whole box

In the US they do a bran breakfast cereal called Fiber One which is yummy. It's very high fibre, low fat, and no sugar (unlike All Bran, Crunchy Bran). Has sucralose (which I know some people will avoid).

I wish they would release it here - sure it must be a HexB. Let's lobby them!

I've only just found these in the supermarket, they are bloody good aren't they! A bit on the small side but they're probably the first thing I've bought relatively low syns which feels that craving for the flavour of chocolate. The salted caramel ones are amazing.

The fibre one popcorn bars are delicious too. The peanut one is almost like having a Snickers.

Thats why I gave up eating those sugary snacks. I have no will power when it comes to keeping some for tomorrow.

we love the Fibre One Chocolate Brownies. Very rich and lovely, and at 4 syns we aren't blowing the syn bank
