Fibre Supplements

Blonde Logic

Yes. You can.
I am wondering about Fibre Supplements that are compatible with VLCDs and do not affect Ketosis.

I had half of my bowel removed last year and need to be extra careful that constipation does not become an issue so want to add fibre to my drinks.

I would prefer it be powder as I already take enough tablets for one thing or another but I do not want to use Psyllium Husk powder as it gets so claggy. If its the only thing I can use I can get tablets, but just wondered if anyone can reccomend another good one?

I used to use something like, "FibreEase" or some such product from Sainsburys in a green jar but they no longer sell it.

Any advice?

Hi, I'm doing a combo of slim and save and Exante as I prefer their bars. When I first started on Cambridge I suffered terribly with constipation. I have found the only way for me to cope on vlcd is psyllium capsules from Holland and Barrett. I take 6 a day and I'm fine :)
