    Hi anyone tried optifibre? My cdc said as Long as no citric acid it ok. ingredient just says partially hydrolised guar gum. Is this ok to take if I am bunged?? No civic acid n is just a white powder to add to water. X

    Hi,
    I have never took that. I think a lot of the girls on here including myself use plain Movicol, that works great for me, and it doesn't affect ketosis, just make sure it's the plain kne you get! The first box I got was lemon and lime!! And didn't even realise until I was half way through the box!! X
