OK can't 'beat about the bush' I need something to make me 'go'
I am feeling quite sluggish as it is days since I went.:sigh:
Know scanbran will help but can't get any until Tuesday nights class.
I have had W/M bread, Weetabix, brown rice, ryvita minis and brown ryvita this week.
When I started SW plan it was great I didn't have a problem but now I am back to how I was before SW.
Sorry to lower the 'tone'.

Hi Irene, hmm, sounds like you are eating the right things already, perhaps up your water and eat lots of fruit? Sorry I can't be more help.

Meant to say I eat plenty of fruit but don't drink hardly any water so going to go and start NOW.......

Hi there

Raspberries are a great source of fibre and very low calorie. Another good one is dried apricots but they are quite high calorie wise although very healthy. Hope it sorts itself out soon I know how miserable it can be!

I have got some raspberries in so will have them as a dessert later.
I didn't know H + B sold scan bran will get some on Monday.

Its one of the most common things my patients complain about! Sounds like you're already eating the right things but drinking lots of fluid and eating fresh fruit and veg will help too. Hope you manage to go soon.
