Well I gained another half a pound this week. Not good at all.

Today it all starts again. I'm not putting myself through all this - trying really hard and then blowing it all by picking - it's stopping now.

I'm going to fill in my food diary religiously - and fill it in all week - not stopping half way through the week.

And i'm going to drink more water - that's gotta help.

I'm on a mission to be good to myself. I really don't need the angst of worrying about wi - i need a good feeling on a Wednesday evening - I don't want to feel rotten about myself because I can't stick to a sodding diet.

Sorry about offloading all this... but you are the only people I can do it to without thinking that i'm completely loopy. You don't think i'm loopy do you?! ;)
