Hi everyone,

I am a bit of lurker on here, have had a few food diaries on here and on SW! :eek: Have been messing about since Christmas but am fed up now so am really gonna give it a good try starting yesterday! I've only 10-15lbs to lose.

Can anyone please tell me how much fillet steak I could have for around 4 points? Cooked or raw weight is fine as I can weigh it before or after cooking.

According to the pocket guide -
fillet steak, lean, raw 105g is 4 pp. Enjoy!

Thanks Bindi :) I had my steak with a JP and salad, it was lovely! Ooh have just noticed you put 4 'PP' and I'm doing Discover not ProPoints - did you mean Points or ProPoints? Thx.
