Sorry for all the questions but when i joined today i asked my leader lots of questions about this plan as it sounds brill but she didnt seem much intrested bout it, she prefers counting points, anyway just to clarify i can have anything off the fill n healthy list as long as its in moderation, can i snack on the items or just have them in my three meals per day, i like the sound of a ww bagel or ww wrap for supper bout 8ish on night or is that a no no
