Filling up on super free and free .... Feeling puzzled

not long started SW (at home) and I keep a food diary, and eat lots of free and super freeing using roughly 5-7 syns a day.

im finding it hard to change my mindset, I eat lots of food and then feel guilty and think it can't possibly work! Lost 4lvs first week and 2lbs second week so I know it's working, but I can't seem to let go and go with it without feeling food guilt most days?! It sounds alarm bells because in the last when I feel like I'm doing badly I hit the chocolate and then binge binge binge. Is this a normal feeling?
 
I think it's just an adjustment period when you start SW and it's actually ok to eat large volumes of food - it's so different to every other healthy eating plan out there. Give it some time and it'll start to feel normal I'm sure :)
