    Can I please please have a nice normal week this week? With no unexpected meals out, homemade cakes, friends with no grills for cooking bacon... Not expecting much tonight - feel like a whale :cry:

    Put on half a pound. Really annoyed but know I only have myself to blame. Thought over what's happened over the last week and iv only actually had 2 100% days - so no suprise really! Have a new food diary and back on straight and narrow (again!!) from tomorrow
