Yes we've been lucky with weather and so far sunny me being off work - so taking advantage and eating outside.

Monday 29th September 2014 - off plan

Finally the scales started to move and I lost 1 lbs. Lets hope from here loses appear on a weekly basis

Off plan as too tired due to a very bad night sleep

B - Corn on the cob (HEXB), Black coffee
L - small piece of french stick, 1 slice ham, potato salad (potato, egg, pimento, gherkins, mayonaise), lemon tea
S - Grapes, walnuts, caramel tea, crossiant (delish), 2 tsp jam
D - chicken soup (onion, garlic, chili, tomato, broccoli, courgette, cauliflower, peas, carrot, chives, mint)
S - Nectarine, youghrt

Having an early night to catch up on sleep. Back on plan in the morning.

Activity - 3 mile walk

Tuesday 30th September 2014 - Red

B - Banana, Black coffee
L - Ham salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chili, olives (1 syn), lemon tea
S - Grapes, pear, nectarine, apple, caramel tea
D - Stuffed courgette/marrow (Onion, garlic, chili, oil (1/2 HEXB), potatoes (1.5 HEXB), melted cheese on top (1.5 HEXA). Left a lot of marrow as too much.

So many visitors today so served a lot of tea/coffee and cakes. Did not touch any myself. I am determined to lose as much as I can by 3rd week of October.

My rusty bike was fixed by a kind person last week. Did not get a chance to ride it until this evening, took it for a mile ride. Might take it out again tomorrow evening down the country lanes.

Oh you silly billy! That bloody wagon has a lot to answer to - know why you fall off? All those bumps in the road - you are back with us now that's all that matters. Foods sounding great (except for the marrow, one thing I can never get on board with!) from your posts am I right in thinking you are in France? Xx
