Finally Day One has arrived!

Well you all know have been waiting for my pack which arrived yesterday which means I can finally get on with the plan I am not letting the fact that it is snowing put me off, this is it Day One of my new life

So wish me luck and hoefully this time next week I will updating a nice big FAT LOSS!

Im on day 1 too, 1/2 a choc shake for breakfast and already had a litre of water lol Cant wait to try my choc orange bar at 1pm hehe good luck sweet

Good luck everybody!!! I am on day two too.

I found the choccy shake very yuk, until I added 1/2 teaspoon of coffee as recommended on this site and it makes a nice hot mocha chocolate type drink.

The bars are lush...so i don't buy them...they always make me want more lol.
