Finally doing some exercise

So after much bleating and whinging I decided to actually start walking the 2 mile journey to work again as I used to!

Walking 4 miles a day. its not so bad. I am fine on the way in to work but on the way home I am generally tired and can't wait for my shake!

I am weighing in on Sunday this week instead of Monday as I am out for my sisters birthday but I am hoping the walking will benefit me when I get to the scales. I want to lose 3-4lbs rather than 2. A loss is a loss though :)

I had my first day on SS+ yesterday. Ended up having my last shake at 8pm and felt bloated and over full. Not sure if I will SS+ or just have it earlier in the day.

nice post missus, we like the positive ones
good on you with the exercise, I have upped mine to about 30 mins 3 or 4 times a week, just little bits but it all helps
