I just want to lose weight, preferably without exercise - not just because I'm lazy but because I work a lot and it's not always easy to just drop into a gym.

I'm not on any particular diet though and I was wondering if anyone has any tricks and tips to use to lose weight quickly, and safely, that don't involve having to cook fresh food everyday because again, i don't have time to live in the kitchen. I just want something simplistic.
