Well done you have done so well I was around the same start weight as you so it really motivates me to see that you have got to goal. I couldn't belive at first that i would make it but now i really feel like i can after reading yours and others stories. I feel the same way when looking at old picture os myself I look at them and think 1. that isn't me 2. why did i let that happen. Now when i look in the mirror i see the old me and i love myself for the first time in years.
