Finally had a couple of good days....

Just lately Ive not been able to stick fully to plan eating over syns etc.At the moment though I sem to have settled down again I havent put any weight on just stayed the same.

Hopefully I can get my head around weightloss again.

I some times have 2 ryvita with a bit of low fat spread and low sugar jam on when I have a sweet craving does this seem like a good low syn alternative to biscuits and stuff?Sometimes I like food to chomp on rather than fruit and yogurts soft stuff.:dragon:

Ha ha I tried changing stuff on my statistics didnt do very well. Your right I dont need to lose any weight with them stats:D
It just shows you cant get away with anything on here!!!

I find if I fancy something sweet that makes me feel like I'm actually 'eating something' the Alpen light choc and fudge bars are good, and only 3 syns.
