Finally in Ketosis!... I think

Well, it's day 6 and I think I'm finally in ketosis!! Never thought I'd get here! Phew!!!

I don't do ketostix so don't know for sure, but im not ravenous as I usually am, my mouth tastes kinda sweetish and my fingernails are blue from less circulation (i.e. I am cold). I also don't feel tired or foggy and actually have a bit of energy.

Does it sound like I'm there to you guys??

enjoy the feeling i remember when i did a tfrd before i was up early full of energy etc

Unfortunately not, Hubby has hidden the scales until 31st of March!! Lol
