    Gooooood morning everyone!
    How are y'all. Not such a nice day here is South Wales, but I am feeling fantastico, seeing as i lost another 5LBS this week!!! wooop wooop!
    I am finally under 12st!! My CDC has given me a bar to try, but I'm a bit worried about it slowing my weight loss down, although she gave me a bit to try last night and it was DELICIOUS and CHEWY!! Bliss!!LOL!
    Did anyone else get weighed in yesterday??

    I've heard such a mixture of things about the bars, some people say it slows their losses down and yet another person can say she has one a day with no effect. I think you just have trial and error and see what works for you.

    I have the bars every other day and havent noticed any difference in my loss.......
    they are nice I love the chocolate ones..

    Well done on your weight loss no wonder you are feeling fantastic! I have the peanut bars i buy 3 three a week, so every other day i have them, and i havent noticed a changed in my weight loss, i have only tried the peanut ones yummy :drool:
