Finally starting - excited but nervous too!

#1
Finally its Friday so will start my lipotrim adventure in the morning.
Just had my last cup of tea with milk, emptied the fridge of all the stuff I love but hubby and daughter won't eat (rubbish collection first thing so can't raid bin :sigh:) and now can't get to sleep because I'm too excited!
A bit scared too, can't quite believe that I have finally taken the plunge and am going to take control of my weight after years of going to bed fat and hoping I would wake up slim!
Hubby came home tonight with a huge selection of bottled water, thought it would be nice for me to have a choice of drinks :8855: at least he's being supportive!
Will weigh first thing so I know what my real starting weight is, was 18 stone 3lbs on Monday, but I'm afraid it may be more now. Have also done my measurements, hips 5" less than my height, so plenty of room for improvement there.
Just hope this lipotrim works for me, I've read and been amazed by all the success stories on here, but still won't quite believe it until I see the weight coming off for myself.
One week to go till first weigh in, think I'm looking forward to it!

Good luck for today! Your starting weight and height was very similar to mine last time on LT and within 6 months I was over 7 stone down and a size 12-14.

Just stick with it 100%, drink plenty and set yourself mini goals and keep them in mind. You can do this and will.

Great that hubby is being so supportive, I think that's so important!

Look forward to following your journey!

Well done you for making what will prove to be a great decision! good luck for today and the rest of this week, if you get it tight just log on here for half an hour and look at some of the really positive messages and how well some people are doing and that will help you keep on track.

I am day 6 and it has been a long week, but i am trying hard to congratulate myself each day that i'm still keeping to it. Hopefully the results tomorrow will further encourage me, even if its only a couple of pounds off, at least the scales are going in the right direction and not continuing to pile on. Glad you have good support and everyone is so right about the water it really helps! by the way you can only drink sparkling water and water..not the flavoured stuff

Thanks for the support everyone!
Was 18 stone 4lbs this morning so not quite as bad as I feared. Only 8 stone 4lbs to target weight :sigh:. But I'm going to take it a bit at a time. Every pound off is one less to go!
So far so good- had vanilla shake for brekkie and not too bad, made it really frothy so tasted OK. Had lots of water and some green tea (never thought I would, but I really like it!) Feeling a little bit hungry but I'm sure thats all in my mind, often used to skip brekkie before and never noticed!
Have my little girl home today so she's keeping me cheerful.
First big test will be cooking hubby's tea tonight -curry, my favourite! But I am determined to stick this out. Going to cook then treat myself to a bubble bath while everyone is eating.
Will check back later and let you all know how the rest of the day goes:)

Hey Glam Rock Chick...im on Day 5 and it is a struggle but also an amazing feeling being in control!!!! My 1st weigh in is on Monday so really looking forward to it. Yesterday i was feeling a bit pissed off but it passed and i kept myself occupied with a dvd...and ive started a new book which helps me get to sleep at night! Im lucky too...my hubby has been cooking for himself and our daughter so havent had that temptation! People have had takeaways in front of me and it feels so empowering resisting! Im taking it 1 day at a time as like everyone else so try and do the same...i love the feeling in the morning when i wake up and know ive been 100% the day before....it spurrs me on for the day!
Good luck and keep coming to the forum...it has been a godsend for me x

Well done for starting, feels good taking control doesnt it :D.

You are doing the right thing taking your bubble bath whilst your family eat. I find its better taking yourself out of the situation rather than risk anything.

Im on day 3 so not much ahead of you. Keep with it, it gets easier gradually day by day.
