Finally!!!

I've got my 2 and half stone award today after about 6 weeks of agony going backwards and forwards a couple of lbs at a time. I lost 3lb today so that takes me 1lb over my 2 and a half stone....woohoo!!!

Now I've treated myself to a new jacket and a red Animal sweatshirt from the charity shops...lol.

I'd just like to say that I know that sometimes it's really hard, we have gains when we've been really good and lose when we haven't been so good. There's no rhyme or reason to it sometimes and it's so frustrating. But if we stick to it, go to the meetings and just persevere, it does work. For some people it's quick and for some people it can take longer, but we can get there.

I know we can all do it.

I have 1st 3lb to get to my target. It's finally within sight and seems so do-able now when compared to this time last year.
