Cruise PV Finally!

    Finally after 14 days of no weight loss and some minor fluctuations (up, then back down again) I have lost some more weight!! I've only lost 400g...but a loss is a loss and when you've had a couple weeks of 'stalling' for unexplained reasons...i am so happy i have lost!!! I am finally below 97kg...96.7kg and i've lost 5% of my body weight, 5.4kg in a month since I started Dukan. I lost alot of that in attack phase so i'm a bit disappointed that i havent lost alot more, but if u think about it...5.4kg in a month is really quite good. It's 5.4kg that i no longer have on my body and i no longer have 30+kg to lose, its more like 28kg...and i can tell u, seeing the 2 at the front instead of the 3...is very pleasing indeed. Slowly chipping away at those kg's. Now i just gotta hope that i don't have another 'stall' in my weight loss for a long time yet. Can't wait til i've lost a Stone! Then i'll be looking forward to reaching the 10kg loss....and so on and so on.
    Feeling alot more positive today! Thank u scales for finally showing another loss!!!

    I am really pleased for you... do you post menus anywhere? It's amazing what little things we can pick up if you're not too sensitive to follow our suggestions. Some of us are more sensitive to dairy than others, for instance, or salty industrially produced products, so two things to watch if you're losing slowly.

    Well done! I was in a similar place a couple of days ago, but I have now broken through the stall,( on 5 days of pp), and am a lot more motivated. This forum has been an invaluable support, and here's to your 1 stone mini goal! Go get it girl!

    I've been stalling for the 2 wks, so I'll do what you did - Its Tessa - 5 days of PP, I hopefully it will get things moving. I would appreciate if you'd let me know what difference it made to you?

    Dukan says that people loose fastest when using the 5pp, and 2pv ( please if I have got that wrong, can someone correct me - my husband has taken the book with him to Shetland).
    At first I was dreading the thought - When I started Dukan I did a 5 day attack, but this time, it has been really ok. Today is day 5, and tomorrow and sunday I will be on the veg and protein.
    What has it done to me? - well, its just gee'd me up - and got me over the stall.
    Has it been hard? No,
    Would I do it again? Absolutely.
