finding it hard to shed it off....

God i wish i had better words to explain how am feeling:(:( been going to class every week fom April and still not lost much coz i either lose it one week and put it all back on the following week. just been reading other threads here and getting some inspiration coz it appears to work for some people......i really need to shed it off...will try and keep an up to date diary just to keep myself motivated
