Finding it hard tonight!!!

My partner and I have both decided to go on lipotrim, I have 3st to loose he has 4st! We know were not supposed to weigh ourselves at home but couldn't resist after day 3 at 100%! I was chuffed when I saw I'd lost 2lbs, but when my partner got on the scales and revieled a massive 11lbs loss in just 3 days I couldn't help but feel disheartened. I am keeping a check on my water intake... Its been between 3 and 4 litres. Could there be something I am doing wrong?

firstly people with more weight to loose seem to loose it faster, secondly boys seem to loose faster than girls, thirdly some people find that they have only lost a bit during the first half of the week then "catch up" during the second half of the week.... don't worry you are not doing anything wrong, hang in there wait till weigh in day, you will see x

Definately hang on in there!!! You can't really compare as he's a boy and heavier!!! Just keep watch on what YOUR doing hun!!! As Lilac says you'll see on weigh in day!!! : ) xxx

It's true. Those at a heavier weight tend to lose more fast. You can't be doing anything wrong so long as you keep to the three shakes and prepare them correctly and top up with a litre of water (I'm told) a day. I also do gentle exercise such as walking. I managed to lose 12.4lbs in 5 days but it's slowing way down today compared to Monday where I immediately lost 4lbs by the of the day and today I just lost 1lb. So. Don't feel discouraged. My pharmacist said I must've had a lot of water retention lol But at least you lost something and that it is working. Unfortunately weight loss doesn't happen overnight as this is my second time doing it but on a diet plan. But if you keep to the rules? you'll start seeing small changes in your neck, face, shoulders and legs. For some reason the stomach always so stubborn lol
Keep it going. You won't be sorry.

Hey Miami Brown,

I started the 1st too, but am getting a wee bit disheartened. You've lost so much, I think I've only lost 4lbs, I've neaver had exercise in my daily routine, until last week. And boy do I sweat lol. I need to stop weighing myself I think. I'm dreading the weekend, I don't have any structures at the weekend apart from playing with my son.

I'm not gonna lie to you Ficole, but it's tough. Losing weight, aaaaanny kind of way, is tough. It takes patience, focus, determination and motivation. You have gotta want this thing so bad that even if you lost 1lb in the first week? at least you know that it works and that the fat is coming off you rather than going on or staying the same.
As for how much I lost this week? It's not gonna be the same next week. But I know that I have to keep it up so long as something is coming off by the end of the week. Know what I'm saying? And gentle exercise could be anything from walking to playing with your son or just washing dishes. I don't know about anyone else, but I couldn't run a marathon being on this diet. I'm pretty sure I would fate from exhaustion :)
Don't give up. Give yourself a chance to be the person that you dream of being everyday.
