Finding it SO hard!

Hi all.

I am going to be on day 5 tomorrow. But I am finding it so hard, I can't stop thinking about food, it isn't so bad when im in work as i'm concentrating on something else.. but its when I get home. I so nearly cracked eating something tonight!!!!

I really dont think I can go on for another 4 weeks without eating food. I am only 18 and my chemist said it might take a little less for me to loose the weight. How long do you guys think it'll take to loose 3 stone?

Anyone else at the same stage as me? :cry:

you're same as me young'un I need to lose about the same and Im giving myself 12 to 16 weeks. Just dont beat yourself up about food all the time and you'll pi55 it. Go to bed early, have a bath, watch some porn, go for a drive, do something constructive. It really is'nt that hard dude after this week you'll wonder what all the fuss was about.

can I just ask too. are you required to do lots of exercise to achieve the weight loss? When I asked my chemist they told me I don't need to do exercise to loose the weight. I walk quite a bit in the day... :s

Walking is always good, but you really should take it easy the first couple of weeks then slowly build up to a comfortable level never over do it or you will be falling over. But by rights no, you dont need to do exercise and I didnt last time but this time I am.

You can do it, stay on the plan.....I like this giving advise cos really i'm giving it myself...its hard just stay focused you can do this whats 4 weeks out of your life??

You can do this. I am on day six of restart and today has been the hardest but you need to keep busy to take your mind off food. You decided to give it a go so you owe it to yourself to make the first week. After that it will be easy!!

hahahahahaha oh my god you joker!!! well hey if it keeps your mind off it and helps you "build muscle" then go for it. lol... stick to the diet, find something to distract yourself from food. i think i have dreamt of food every night for the past 8 weeks!!! but we cant give up. x good luck

keep with it...I am one day ahead of you and also finding it really difficult but just keep thinking ahead to my first weigh in to spur me on.

I lost 3 stone in 10 weeks in Sept and have kept it off, even though had 2 week hol and 3 weeks for xmas. Keep in there it does get easier and you dont think of food so much! XX

wow blueeyes - that is awesome - 3 stone in 10 weeks. Just realised I am the same starting weight as you were..hope i can match your success and have similar results. xx
