Finishing what I've started with SW!

I put them in the freezer too, yum!

Week 1 weigh in isn't until next Sat as I'm away all week, first thing at 9am. But then I get weighed again on Tuesday so not expecting 2nd week loss to be anything in those 3 days.
 
I'm just hoping I can keep it up. I don't want to be disheartened by slow losses!

I'm away now until Friday but will try pop back to update my food diary at least whilst I'm gone

Managed fine, although we went to the beach one day and it was so so tempting! All the fish and chips, donuts, rock, candy floss - I could go on!!!

But as soon as I got back I got on the scales and it's looking good so I'm happy that I managed to keep away from all bad stuff!

Weigh in at 9am tomorrow, looking forward to it!
 
Waayyyyy too many carbs yesterday! I went over my syns so will only be having a couple today/tomorrow. Scales say +1.5 but I can sort that out for Saturday!
 
So so tired! Went over my syns AGAIN yesterday (husbands birthday) But no birthdays now until December so I should be good!
