Thanks ladies it was a relief that's for sure. I was the only newbie to lose such a small amount rest of them were 3.5-4lbs each but hey I don't care loss is a loss hey?? X
 
I know, but I find you have a big loss when you start a completely new plan. 1.5lbs is really good!! X
I think it is, I mean when I first started after having Imogen I only lost 3 on first week so never been one for giant losses but way I look at it I'd have lost a stone by my birthday if I can manage 1.5 each week x

Dinner left over chicken jambalaya

Ok fresh day!! Will have minimal syns for next few days to pull back and hope for a loss still. Breakfast pineapple strawberries banana mullerlight
