My cousin and his girlfriend are down from London and she's been making all sorts of goodies and I've literally been shovelling it in :( I can't carry on like this xx

My eating over the weekend has been horrific consisting of pure junk all the time :( needless to say I've gained another 2lbs. I need to stop this otherwise I'll be huge.

Walking to kiddies party which is an hour there and back and I'll hop on the bike for 20 mins to get these lbs shifting. I am fed up of playing with my weight every day I wake up determined and by the mid pm evening I'm shovelling in anything saying oooh I'll eat this and I'll start again tomorrow well after thinking long and hard I AM starting tomorrow and I will stick to it. It is not hard and I need to do this for myself for my health!!
