I have collar bones!
today, I've had:

28g Special K Sustain (HEb) milk (HEa)
tea, water

2 large glasses fizzy water

1 apple

2 Cadbury's mini eggs (1.5 syns for 2)

prawns mayo (1 syn) lettuce, cucumber, peppers, egg, kiwi fruit

tonight I'm having chicken stir fry, noodles
followed by stewed plums (2 syns) custard (2 level tbspn,1.5 syns)

I'll probably have a banana with my cup of tea later on, to stave off any hunger pangs
