Day 1


Breakfast: 2x weetabix (HEX B> with chopped banana and 250mls semi skimmed milk (HEX A)

Lunch: jacket potato with baked beans and a side salad

Dinner: slimming world chips, gammon and two eggs fried in fry light, with baked beans

Snacks: 2x Turkish delight muller lights, walkers baked crisps x2 bags (9 syns), melon and grape prepared fruit pack, mr freeze ice pops x2 (2 syns)
 
Day 2

Breakfast- banana and muller light

Snack-wotsits (5.5 syns)

Lunch-(no time!)

Dinner- diet coke chicken with egg fried rice

Dessert-curly wurly (6syns) and muller light
