Day 28
lost 3.5lb!! Really pleased at WI today :)

Breakfast: Bernard Matthews tikka chunks + 2 pieces if scan bran fudge cake (2 syns)
Lunch: batchelors macaroni cheese ( 1.5 syns) with salad + pkt ryvita minis (HEB)
Snack: 2 scan bran (2 syns) with mackerel
Dinner: Steak, Jacket potato and 3 onion rings (6syns) + vodka diet coke (2.5 syns)

My 'treat' tonight so 5 syns over if I include some syns for oil on the steak which was pub food . Not bad at 20 syns! Onion rings were worth it :)

I blew it at a BBQ yesterday but I woke up and felt like I wanted a day off as I've been craving naughty foods lol so today am back on the super freeing and only had 3 syns :) not ideal but at least am trying to claw it back

I'm off to Blackpool in the morning for a week....the home of Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fish & Chips!! So I know it won't be good news on the scales next weigh in :eek:
We all need a blow out once in a while, just draw a line under it and move on, I'm sure you'll pull it back before your next weigh in :p
