I have porridge every night and really like it, once I learnt how i liked to make it. I mix mine with a fork and add a tablet sweetener, then microwave it for a minute and then stir it and add a sprinkling of cinnamon and mix that in. Then I eat it with a teaspoon as it makes it last longer, and lots of water. yummy. I prefer that to the apple and cinnamon porridge, which I do without adding anything.
