Omlette with WW sausage and slice of bacon with a salad

Dinner

Gammon quark pasta with loads of peppers

Snack some strawberries and cold meat slices

Spring onions
Small baked potato
Quark and tuna

Strawberries

Dinner

Homemade chicken curry savoury rice plenty veg small portion of rice

Snack - yogurt and mugshot

So far so good lol :)
 
Been away for a tad not feeling that great had a gas leak in the house , thank god everyone ok and it all fixed now ?? Blessing it's been nice weather and all the windows were opened and no heating on.

I have just been CC for the last week or so but the plan is to b back on SW 100% 2morrow I will start in the morning again as I haven't weighed myself either.... Hopefully not gained anything since I've been off plan.
 
Awe thanks yip weighed in this morning and I am 9 stone 10 pounds so here goes again :)

Red day

Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with 2 medallions of WW bacon and a WW sausage 1/2 syn with mushrooms.

Lunch - WM bread HE b, with 2 low fat cheese slice HE a and spaghetti hoops small tin and chilli flakes .
