First loss

WI last night after first "proper" week on plan, lost 2.5lbs, yay! Mind you, I did cheat by taking my boots off, which I didn't do last week, but reckon I still had a net loss of about a pound.

The ladies who joined at the same time as me last week lost 5 and 6lbs each, very jealous! They do have more to lose though. I'm happy with a pound a week: I'll be at target within six months if I keep going at that rate. Setting myself a goal of getting to target before my 30th birthday at the end of October.

Well done, it is a good loss - I lost 1lb on my first WI and the other woman who started with me lost 5lb, which made me feel rubbish, but I know slower is better to maintain it so I'm focused on this week's WI and hoping I get another loss!
