Hi all I think I am soooo lucky. My CDC didn't charge me anything for my first visit (apart from the cost of my packs). I call on her on my way home from work so she doesn't have to travel but she also gave me a free shaker and she gives me samples to try - so far I've had free soups, free tetras and free bars (yay!) Last week she even said to me that I only need buy what I actually needed as I had quite a few spare packs from the free samples, times when I had a salad on a night out etc. I know she's running a business but little touches like this really make me appreciate her. She's fab......

my cd is so sweet always there for me i never payed a joining fee but i didint get a starter pack then again i did do it cold turkey no prep week i went from 4.000 cals + a day to ss and i didint go through too much buit weak and very cold first few days ok ive gone way of track lol so z xx
