First quiche

    And omg :eek::eek::eek:

    Where did i go wrong, i dont like cottage cheese and ppl said you dont taste it but if i no its in there i'll be pulling a face.

    I made 1 tub of quark 4 eggs mushrooms spring onions peppers and tom on top and tastes like scrambled blooming eggs.

    The only thing I can think is that 4 eggs seem an awful lot. I have been known to sieve cottage cheese :eek: add sweetener and use it as cream! (granted this was years ago, but on toast with a spoon of jam I really enjoyed it.

    Think I only used two eggs in mine, possibly three and really mashed the cottage cheese down.

    I use 4 egg's in mine, but I don't use Cottage cheese or Quark - I find using the 4 eggs set's the quiche nicely without cheese, and it is really delicious.

    Oh and salt and pepper makes all the difference.

    i used 2 eggs in mines with cottage cheese (never made it with quark)

    maybe reduce the eggs

    Have you tried the pasta quiche?

    1 Pasta 'n' sauce, 1 packet smash, 250g fromage frais, 1 grated onion.

    Delicious and no cottage cheese in sight :)
