I quite like quorn but starting to find the sausages boring. So I have some more variety I got some sausages from Joe's Sausages online so I can have some 'real' meat too.

I use quite a lot of quorn. its free aswell so yu can have as much as you want on sw diet. quorn chicken pieces in a stir fry or pasta bake are good too!

Its a good one to have in the cupboard though, as I reckon that on green, I can easily stay in a rut and have the same pasta or rice dishes all week. This has given me some more options at least!

quorn beef strips, ham, turkey& stuffing slices are all tasty
and tesco meat free chicken fillets are syn free and lish!

I like the quorn chicken nuggets and escapolades (sp?) neither are free but very nummy.

I LOVED the Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs (syn free)! They're fab as a spaghetti and meatballness!
