Well it was my hubbies 50s birthday yesterday so I gave up on logging my food and start again today
Hopefully I can stay the same again this week and not gain. There is still cake to be eaten

Having quite a good week. Upped my walking exercise again to 4 miles a day (2miles in the morning and 2 in the evening) 3x a week. Hope this will shift the lbs xx
