A move to Ireland would be good, depending on which part. Life a little more laid back ( compared to my limited experience of UK). But be sure to check out the health system as relevant to your own needs. You can just walk into a GP, no appointments needed in most but then long waiting lists for any hospital appointments and more costs involved than on NHS. Very little housing available currently, no rural transport and no Nandos (maybe about 4 altogether) but I'd love to see you....so swings and roundabouts.

Yesterdays food

B = 2 sliced white toast, half tsp butter, 20g camembert, 15g cream cheese
L = 2 slices ryevita, half tsp butter, 20g camembert
D = chicken with mozzarella, tagliatelle with tomato sauce
S = 2 chocolate oaties, haribo
 
Camembert and cream cheese to me seem to be an odd combination, why both?

(Says the person that had a white pizza with cream fraiche, mozzarella and goats cheese...my sinuses will know all about the today)
 
Boring day at work. Not enough work.

Food today

B = 2 slices white toast, 30g pate & 2 boiled eggs
L = 125g prawns, 125g quark, half tsp oil, 150g baby potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber. Pepper, onion
D =mushroom stir fry, quorn pieces and 60g rice
S = apple, clementine, 10g dark chocolate, 2 Viennese fingers
 
Food today

B = 2 slices soda bread, half tsp butter, 20g Danish blue cheese
L = 150g baby potatoes, 125g quark, 125g prawns + salad
D = Mediterranean vegetables pasta bake
S = fat free yogurt with berries and ½ banana, apple, satsumas, 10g dark chocolate

B = 2 slices wholemeal toast with pate. 2 boiled eggs
L = left over Mediterranean vegetable pasta bake
D = BBQ Fajitas with cheese and fat free yogurt
S = 2 small apples, Tin tuna with tsp mayonnaise and 2 tomatoes, 10g dark chocolate, 1 Viennese Finger, 2 chocolate fingers

3 points over but weekly points cover that.
Leftover Fajitas for lunch tomorrow xx
 
Really busy day at work today. Absolutely freezing here as well. Think I will stay the as it's nearly time of the month.

L = 2 BBQ fajitas with 20g cheese and fat free yogurt
D = WW recipe chicken Jalfrezi, 50g brown rice fat free yogurt
S = fat free yogurt, berries and half banana, apple, 10g dark chocolate, viennese finger and 2 chocolate fingers

Seem to have eaten a lot of yogurt today xx:)
 
Bit of a naughty food day. Quite a bit over my points but still got weekly points left after today do not all bad :angeldevil:

Before WI = slice Ryevita with 5g cream cheese
B = 90g Sour dough bread (1 slice with 10g chicken liver pate and one with butter and garlic sausage
L = WW wrap, homemade houmous, 50g feta
D = WW recipe chilli con carne but made with quorn mince, 50g tortilla chips, 50g salsa, 30g lighter cheddar
S = satsuma and might have a hot chocolate later

Hopefully the 90min walk this morning evens riley out a bit.xx
