I've just ordered a healthy shop to be delivered tomorrow ready to start again on Saturday. Dreading what the scales say I've been off plan for 3 months lol whoops!!

Thanks Chezz. I was very surprised about this massive loss. I am sure you will see losses now. Its my first loss in weeks. Going to my friends house for dinner tonight might have to be very strickt from tomorrow to make UP FOR THE MEAL X
