Quite busy day in the office today. At least the day quick.

Food today

B = slice wholemeal toast with 20g cream cheese, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with pink salmon and tsp mayonnaise, 2 ryevita
D = quorn and mushroom stroganoff with 60g rice
S = orange, fat free yogurt with berries, 2.5 pieces baklava
 
Thats great news Tessa well done. I vividly remember the post a few months back when you were so updet about your blood pressure, so really good news and a lot of hard work
 
went well over my points today but all covered by the weekly points.

Food today

B = 2 ryevita, 1/2tsp butter, 1/2 pot light cottage cheese
L = 100g white bakery bread, 1/2 tsp butter, 2 rashers rindless back bacon, poached egg
D = 125g spaghetti with home made tomato sauce with single cream, parmesan
S = 20g cheese, 2 lindor, 1/2 melon

bread and pasta got me over my points but it was so nice xx
 
Lazy day today. Was thinking of going for a walk but it started to rain and I just gave it a miss.

Food today

B = 2 ryevita with 150g light cottage cheese, 2 tomatoes
L = 80g white bakery bread, 1/2 tsp butter, 2 rashers rindless bacon and a poached egg
D = 200g boiled potatoes curly kale, gammon and polish sausage
S = 30g Marzipan log

Not quite as high points today. Back to lower points totomorrow's. Xx
 
Oh Tessa that bacon and egg sarnie sounds wonderful! Bet you enjoyed every crumb :).

Don't blame you on the walk, I stayed indoors all day too, too cold to go out!

D = curly kale, 200g potatoes, gammon and polish sausage
S = fat free yogurt with berries, 1/2 mango and 1/2 banana, apple, 1 ferrero rocher, 1 biscuit, 1 piece galaxy chocolate

Busy day at work. Then I made White chocolate brownies tonight ad one of the girls in my team has a bit of a hard time at the moment. Not sure if she will appreciate this but I still wanted to do something nice.

Food today

L = 2 slices wholemeal bread with tsp mayonnaise tin tuna, cucumber and 2 tomatoes
D = gyros, 250g potatoes, homemade fat free Tzaziki, salad
s = fat free yogurt with berries, orange, apple, piece dark chocolate, one white chocolate brownie

I am absolutely stuffed now. Must try for a lighter day tomorrow xx
 
Ive never made white chocolate Brownies, i must try them sometime
 
Colleague was made up with the brownies. Glad I could cheer her up a bit. Meant I had brownies as well though :rolleyes:

S = fat free yogurt with raspberries and banana, kiwis, 2 white chocolate brownies
