First week down!

Fist week done and i am -7lbs! delighted.

i am back on this forum after a break of 18months after a 3st loss with Lipotrim TFR. I gained about a stone in the 18mtha i am so happy it wasnt more!
i am now trying Exante and its going well so far!

guess this is just a hello, so um hi!
