Don't knock it - at least its not a lb on. If you lose a lb a week thats half a stone in 7 weeks.

I also get cross at small losses however don't do what I do - eat in anger - and then wonder why I am the same weight 2 years on!!!!!

That's disheartening when you know you've been good. Is it TOTM??? have you been to the loo?? Water retention???

Carry on and hopefully there will be a few more next week to join it!
