    First week weigh in today and I have lost 10lbs 3/4 so am really happy with that. :D

    OMG that is fantastic!! Do you have any tips and tricks? I've got my first weigh in tomorrow night and i'm hoping for 5lbs (or more!).

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    well done
    i bet you are really happy. i would be dancing around the street if i lost that much!!!
